About one year ago I decided to get back in shape. So I went for a walk. Just a short 20 minute walk around the neighborhood. Nothing special.
Today I spend approximately 2 hours on one walk.
I also joined a gym this year. Where I can workout after work. Spinning is my favorite together with two of the machines, one to tone the muscles in and around your stomach and the other to tone the muscles in and around your shoulders, biceps and triceps.
Finally reached my goal weight. I am celebrating this with a 21 day long challenge which I began this Monday. Simply put it’s a diet plan. First and second day was a breeze. Third and fourth day I had the munchies. Salami and raisins does not make a good combination, trust me.
21 day challenge:
- No candy
- No cake
- No chips
- No white bread
- No fast food
- No chocolate
- No ice cream
For anyone out there who’s struggling with something: You can do it. Believe in yourself and don’t give up.
